The Network provides every consumer the opportunity to blog about their favorite city or hometown and thereby provide information to others who might be contemplating relocation to that particular city.

Certainly, it is. However, the CityBlogUSA Network is part of e-Partner, a national relocation network that assists individuals, families and companies with relocation to any state and city in the USA.

As an operating entity, the CityBlogUSA Network functions as a consumer-centric blogging network where residents can post information, suggest Park Bench topics and provide inside information about their favorite city or home town.

As much as is possible, we have a non-interference policy. This means that bloggers can post information uncensored but with a decency and with the bounds of legal limitations.

As a part of the e-Partner National Relocation and Brokerage Services Network, the CityBlogUSA Network is simply the consumer-driven information platform, providing all people with information about jobs, real estate, health care, schools, lifestyles and other unique community information In addition that can only come from the people who live in a city.

The main function of the CityBlogUSA Network is to provide residents with a transparent tool for posting information about a particular city and what it is like to live there. Residents are encourage to post the good, the bad and the ugly side of a community, not just the best part of a city's culture.

CityBlogUSA is owned and operated by ePartner USA, Inc., a national relocation and brokerages services network. e-Partner operates a 50-State relocation network with more than 25,000 community-based websites.

Although e-Partner owns and operates the CityBlogUSA Network, it is committed to allowing it to grow organically, as consumers would like it to grow. As much is possible, e-Partner maintains an arms length relationship from the CityBlogUSA Network, allowing the resident within all US cities to determine what is posted and what comments are seen by others who access the blogging network.

The Founder of e-Partner and CityBlogUSA is Donald Teel, who is a twenty year veteran real estate company owners and developer. He is considered to be one of the leading visionaries of the new real estate economy and consumer-centric practices within the industry. Donald is a former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Del Webb Corporation and has built two successful real estate companies, selling his last company, Prudential Foothills Real Estate in April, 2005.

James R. Johnson is the Co-Founder of e-Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors for ePartner USA, Inc. Mr. Johnson was the Designated Broker for Prudential Foothills Real Estate where the e-Partner Network and Program began in 1996.

Christopher B. Schuld is the Senior Vice President for Network Development and the chief architect of the technology behind the CityBlogUSA Network and the e-Partner Network.
